We bought a cat tower, and our cats absolutely love it (which is probably not surprising)!!! We then had a minor problem with it, which I raised with the company. Their response and assistance was way above and beyond what I thought was necessary. I had regular emails from them too as we worked out a solution. It was all such a good experience, from purchase through to after sales care. Great job team.

We bought the triple perch high rise cat tree and our cat absolutely loves it. The perches are nice and high and she loves hiding in the closed in boxes. There are lots of scratching posts and she uses them all. The hanging toys are attached by elastic which she loves because they spring back. Overall very happy with the cat tree. Would highly recommend.
