The ordering process was terrible as it apparently sat in your ordering system for daysssss, it was not until I emailed TWICE that i got a reply and found out it was sitting in your system not processed!!!! Then it took more days to be delivered!!!! Your company not having a phone number to contact you is not good as you sell high priced items and people want to know where there order is with the amount of money they have handed over to you!!!
The Tree is good but the instructions not great.
The dachshund Breezy Wanderer Tote has been great for my puppy. He walks with us as far as he wants to and then we pop him into the bag for the rest of our walk. We let his head hang out so he can see and get the breeze. A very practical solution to walks that are longer than our puppy can walk. Love it.
Our kitten loves her new home with a hammock, top bed and hiding hole. She loves playing with the hanging ball as well as the ball on the spring. It looks great in the living room. High quality with fast and efficient delivery. Easy to assemble. 🐱

Would love to rate this- but the product was never received despite ordering a month ago.
we set it up in the corner of the fence and surrounded it with bricks along the other sides, but the dog still destored it in less than a day.
I’ve still not received my order after amost 4 weeks having some issues with the postage and I really need the scratching post for my cats after I’ve taken so long to order one :(
I bought this for my cat (ragdoll so big cat) as he hates the usual cat crates. Best decision ever. He loves it, feels relaxed in it, and I can use it as a tote bag so he can come out and about wth us. The mesh that zips over the top is great quality and has a toggle so you can keep the flap up and pet can enjoy looking out. Nice little side pocket for treats etc. Customer service at Direct to Pet is second to none - thank you!
I purchased these dog beds because the covers for the previously purchased Ortheopedic dogs beds were sold out. I was not impressed with theses beds at all there was next to no stuffing in them and it was a synthetic cotton wool type that did not even fill the bag it is in. My two Rottweilers were sleeping on the floor, my older female wouldn’t even lay on it. My husband took the mattress out of the old covers and cut them down to fit the new covers. DON’T WASTE YOU MONEY ON THIS PRODUCT IT RUBBISH.
I bought two of these to put side by side for my two cats. They love them. They are sturdy and stay in place with rough play
Wouldn’t be surprised if this was a scam site. Took $, no contact for weeks, then when I raised a dispute, they said it was shipped. Nothing arrived. Be wary
Absolutely disgusting!!! Had to throw them out, three dogs would not have a bar of them. Also dreadful service

My cat loves her day bed
She doesn’t use bottom or middle bed only the top and looks out my bedroom window and sleeping during the day and sometimes night. Jasmine is 6 years old & never had one of these before so didn’t know if she would use it but loves it 🐈⬛ 😃
